When winter ends in Sun Valley, Idaho, world-class skiing conditions give way to premier terrain for mountain and road biking. With Aston Hotels & Resorts Sun Valley's "Bike & Stay" Package, both novice riders and accomplished trail blazers can explore the extensive network of trails throughout the area.

About biking in Sun Valley
With an extensive trail network and large recreation areas, Sun Valley is a legendary outdoor playground sought after by bicycling enthusiasts. The paved Wood River Trail System stretches for 32 miles, connecting Sun Valley to the neighboring towns of Ketchum, Hailey and Bellevue. No trip to the area is complete without visiting Bald Mountain, which offers 28 miles of single-track biking trails and switchbacks that climb more than 3,000 vertical feet.

The Sawtooth National Recreation Area north of Ketchum also has more than 750,000 acres of protected land with miles of maintained trails offering scenic mountain views. Adventure cyclists will enjoy 20 miles of new trails in Hailey that offer extreme downhill conditions.
