Who you will be working for:

Our client is a leading global supplier of travel distribution services. A new division is currently being created to support the rapidly increasing online travel agent market. This is an exciting time to be joining this well established company and assist them to maintain their excellent brand.

Customer Support Team Leader

Are you a dynamic team leader? Our client is seeking a highly motivated person who, as well as possessing the skills listed below also has proven team management skills and experience to lead this dynamic new team. An excellent salary package will be negotiated with the right person.

Customer Support Representatives (9 positions)

What the job entails:

  • Salary package up to $60K plus super
  • Assisting customers with queries about the GDS, this may include functionality or troubleshooting.
  • Investigation of incidents & problem handling
  • Client communication
  • Contributing towards database management
  • Helpdesk will be in operation 7 days a week 10am - 10pm, some weekend work will be required

What you need:

  • Previous GDS experience, Prefer Amadeus but all systems considered
  • Strong fares knowledge
  • Knowledge of Agency Debit Memo's (ADM's)
  • Min 1 year customer service experience
  • A strong customer focus
  • Flexibility to work on a 7 day rotating roster
  • Experience working in e-retail or online travel consulting highly regarded
