Visa brings cardholders a magical holiday in Hong Kong

Monday, 14 March 2011

In celebration of the fifth anniversary of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (henceforth referred to as the “Park”), Visa, as the official payment card of the Park, is announcing a series of promotional offers for cardholders worldwide to experience the fairytale kingdom on its special celebration.

The privileges comprise seven offers including Park admission, hotel stays, dining and tours and will be available to Visa cardholders from 1 March to 31 May, 2011.

Let the “Magic” Begin Visa cardholders can start their magical holiday by staying at either the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel, which is also located at the resort, with discounts of up to 20 percent for guest room reservations on weekdays and 15 percent on weekends.

During their stay, cardholders can dine at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel’s Crystal Lotus and Grand Salon, as well as Chef Mickey’s Restaurant at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel. On weekdays, cardholders can enjoy a 20 percent discount on their meals and on weekends, they can enjoy a complimentary house wine during dinner. Families of four can enjoy a 10 percent discount on their park admission tickets when paying at either the Hotel front desk or the Park’s main entrance.

The Hong Kong Disneyland experience can even be personalized. Upon subscription, Disney’s Premium tour host can help Visa cardholders design a tailored tour with their tickets, parking and dining services all prearranged.

A Disney Premium tour typically lasts for three hours, but Visa cardholders can enjoy a specially extended four hour tour at no extra cost.

Parents looking to create a magical moment for their young daughters can pay a visit to the “My Little Princess” Photo Workshop, where the “little princesses” can take photos in their own choice of Disney Princess costume and dazzling accessories complete with hairstyle and make-up. A special discount of 10 percent is available for Visa cardholders who want to give a memorable experience to their “little princesses”.
