The new extended customer service hours will be Monday to Friday from 8am – 7pm EST and Saturday 9am – 2pm EST. “As we continue to provide a high quality of service, technology and support, we feel this change in hours will efficiently respond to the needs of our travel agents in a timely manner,” said George Papaioannou, Managing Director at Excite Holidays. |
