Learn Thai regional cooking from the experts at the Isan Food & Wine Festival masterclass, with experts and guest chefs coming from around the kingdom and overseas.  Friday night includes opening celebration of Isan culture hosted by TAT Korat, followed by a dinner of Northeast regional specialties from the Greenery’s signature I-Chilli Isan restaurant. Masterclass presentations follow on Saturday and Sunday, including vineyard tours and tastings.

Thailand’s first native winemaker, Prayut Piangbunta of Khao Yai Winery (PB Valley), and the country’s first female winemaker, Nikki Lohitnavy of GranMonte vineyards, play host. Of special note is a rare tastings of Thailand’s first vintages, tasted against today’s excellent output.  Also sample various wines with select Thai and Isan regional specialties, to decide what goes best.
