A Celebrity Experience at Cruise3Sixty

Although it may have been quite a debacle boarding the ships, my tours today didn’t disappoint.

With embarkation in Miami, the experience boarding made me question any complaints I had about Sydney’s port situation.

Miami is one of Florida’s busiest ports and is renowned for a slow embarkation process, especially with passengers for 4 ships boarding at the same time.

The second day of Cruise3Sixty was blessed with visits from Norwegian Epic, Carnival Liberty, Oasis of the Seas, Crown Princess, Celebrity Century and Celebrity Eclipse so delegates were spoilt for choice for their ship tours.

I chose to complete an unescorted tour on board both Celebrity Eclipse and Celebrity Century and thoroughly enjoyed the freedom it awarded me with most crew treating me as a passenger on board.

Welcomed with a glass of champagne whilst boarding both ships, you truly do feel like a ‘Celebrity’ from the point of embarkation!

The glorious weather in Miami made staying away from the pools a trial with Eclipse teasing the delegates with dancing fountains and poolside entertainment.

Whilst I chose to dine in the Oceanview Café on Eclipse, Cruise3Sixty delegates were treated to a fine dining experience in the main dining room, Moonlight Sonata.

The Oceanview Café offers an array of delicacies from around the world and with the weather so picture perfect, what better place to enjoy lunch than outside, overlooking the city of Miami.

Eclipse’s soon to be Australian home ported sister, Celebrity Century, was my next stop so that I could have a sneak peek at what we can expect late this year when she commences her itineraries in the Southern Hemisphere.

e-Travel Blackboard will feature reviews in the coming weeks and complete photo galleries of both ships can be viewed below:
