- Member may travel with spouse/defacto spouse, child of any age, parent or sibling.
- Valid for sales to 31 January 12.
- Valid for departures to 31 January 12.
- Blackouts: No outbound travel permitted 17 June 11 - 17 July 11 and 10 December 11 - 16 January 12. No Inbound travel permitted 17 December 11 - 22 December 11.
- Bookings can only be confirmed within 21 days of departure.
- No minimum stay. Maximum stay 3 months.
- Tickets must be issued within 72 hours of booking confirmation.
- No child or infant discounts.
- No stopover permitted for destination Vancouver. For all other destinations one stopover is permitted in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton or Toronto.
- A NAVCAN surcharge of AUD$17 each way applies per adult/child if destination/turnaround is wholly within Canada in addition to the airfare.
- Any Family member traveling as a companion MUST travel with the industry employee on all segments
- A booking fee of $50 per person applies.
- Travel Insurance essential from just $89
- Up to 100% cancellation fee.
- Departure, arrival or security taxes and charges are to be paid in addition to the airfare, and will vary depending on departure date/port, destination and any transit cities.
