Angela Williams to the role of Head of
Regional Product Support, Asia Pacific
Linda Kelly-Smith to the role of Head of
Solutions and Support, Asia Pacific
Angela Williams was appointed Head of Regional Product Support, Asia-Pacific for Travelport in April 2011.

As the regional product lead, Angela is tasked with the deployment of new products, providing support and identifying growth opportunities within the Asia-Pacific region.

Angela joined Travelport in 2009 as a Business Analysis Manager, where she was responsible for more than 20 applications and tools across the Asia-Pacific region.

With more than 10 years’ experience in product management, business and technical analysis and delivery management, Angela has worked for companies such as Travelocity, McKesson Asia-Pacific and Ticketek. She has also worked with software development houses, such as Ensynergy Consulting and Greenstone Technologies.

Angela is based in Sydney and reports to Reginald Warlop, Portfolio Director and Head of Regional Product Management, Travelport.

Linda Kelly-Smith was appointed Head of Solutions and Support, Asia-Pacific for Travelport in April 2011.

In this role, Linda is responsible for the commercial strategy behind the rollout of new solutions and products. She will also oversee Travelport’s customer support function, which involves managing the operations and technical services teams, customer helpdesks, business intelligence and pre-sales support.

Linda joined Travelport in 2009 as Product Manager and was promoted to Head of Regional Product Support in 2010 where she worked closely with Travelport’s global and regional teams as a key product expert.

Linda’s career in travel spans more than 15 years and covers many facets of the industry – from product and sales roles with global companies through to operating her own travel consulting company and managing a Traveland travel agency in Perth.

Prior to joining Travelport, Linda was Manager of Online Solutions at Sabre Pacific. She was also the Head of Sales at Tramada Systems from 2005-2007.

Linda is based in Sydney and reports to Travelport’s President and Managing Director, Asia Pacific, Simon Nowroz.
