Travel Indochina is providing Australians with a stylish and adventurous alternative for New Year’s Eve. Moving well beyond traditional harbourside fireworks celebrations, bookings are now open for a New Year’s Eve cruise on the Mekong’s newest and most exclusive cruiser, The Jahan.

The New Year’s Eve itinerary allows revellers to combine an 8-day luxury river cruise on the RV Jahan with pre and post cruise days exploring Cambodia’s incredible Temples of Angkor and the bustling streets and rural surrounds of exciting Saigon, with an expert guide. The journey includes deluxe accommodation, delicious cuisine, personal service, and the kinds of special touches Travel Indochina is known for.
With a limit of only 26 cabins, and savings of up to $500 per person for earlybird bookings made before June 30, 2011, early bookings are essential to secure a place.

Priced from $5055* per person twin share, the twelve day tour includes:

  • 7 nights’ accommodation on board The Jahan in Superior stateroom cabin with private balcony
  • 2 nights Hotel de la Paix, Siem Reap Deluxe Room
  • 2 nights Caravelle Hotel, Saigon in Deluxe Room
  • All cruise excursions including entrance fees
  • Join-in touring in Saigon and Angkor including entrance fees
  • English-speaking guides
  • Breakfast and dinner daily (plus 7 lunches on cruise)
  • Arrival and departure transfers
  • Tips, porterage and port charges

Special entertainment and a New Year’s Eve party are also included.

Travel Indochina’s Managing Director, Paul Hole, encourages the adventurous to consider a different way of heralding in 2012.

“What a memorable way to begin the New Year – plying the iconic Mekong River on board the luxurious The Jahan. I can’t think of a better way to herald in a new beginning!”
