The Korean stand proved very popular at last weekend’s Good Food and Wine Show in Sydney, free kimchi providing a gateway into the country’s cuisine.

The Korean Tourism Organisation’s stand was abuzz with Aussies keen to taste the fermented vegetable dish and showed great interest in visiting the dish’s home.
