Dolled up ladies and handsomely attired men filled The Grand Ballroom at The Westin Hotel in Sydney on Saturday night as they celebrated the industry’s best at 2011 NTIA.

Up to 940 guests attended the event and up to 30 companies and individuals walked away with acknowledgement of their hard work.

For the first year ever agent’s efforts in the MICE field were recognised, with etm Group receiving the freshly introduced Best Conference & Incentive Travel Agency.
