I always suspected there was something dirty about awards ceremonies. And for the fabulous folk at Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) and the ultra-cute kindergarteners of Khok Chang School, I not only got my hands dirty, but dirtied my feet, face, ears, hair, nose and mouth too.

In a corporate social responsibility exercise delegates and media attending this year’s TCEB Connections Plus worked with locals to build a clay schoolhouse for the young students of Khok Chang School.

e-Travel Blackboard was on location (in the thick of the mud) and won an award for…well basically getting hammered in a mud fight with the local kids.
