Travelscene agents unite for brand power

Travelscene American Express agents have been advised to use recent group award recognition to leverage their brand power in the marketplace, automatically differentiating their services against competitor businesses.

CEO Mike Thompson said this year's NTIA win for best agency group was even more significant than in the past, with judging based on formal submissions and presentations for the first time, which was led by General Manager Jacqui Timmins and David Padman for the group.

"We had the opportunity to highlight the commitment of customer service and innovation," Ms Timmins said, adding the NCC also placed an additional coo for the group during judging.

"In achieving 6 out of 10 of agency or consultant awards at NTIA, we are examples of being number one in our industry
