Travelscene American Express Members are about to benefit from a major initiative highlighting the many consumer benefits of dealing with a licensed travel agent.

Built on the Travelscene American Express motto, “Travel created for you”, the national roll-out of a Client Advocacy Campaign across Member agencies reinforces the commitment of Travelscene American Express Members to their clients.

General Manager, Jacqui Timmins says the Client Advocacy Campaign, which incorporates a Client Charter, in-agency displays, testimonials, and an online competition, provides a strong platform for Members to promote the many advantages of dealing with a Travelscene American Express Member.

“Our Client Charter is a very tangible way of spelling out the compelling rationale for using a real, live, experienced travel expert who delivers the right travel solution,” Ms Timmins said.

“The reason our Members enjoy such high levels of repeat business is because they are their clients’ advocates and consistently go above and beyond what’s required.”

“Clients sometimes need to be reminded of the support a Travel Agent provides as it’s often only noticed when things go wrong. Our Client Advocacy Campaign does just that, using real-life examples of the value of using a Travelscene American Express Member.”

The campaign will also be supported by an online testimonial competition at a Member and National level, details of which will be released shortly.
