CRUISE specialist wholesaler CruiseAgents have announced that they will resume selling Costa Cruises' Japan departures from August to October this year. Founder and chairman Brett Dudley said that the ship Costa Classica operates a range of Japan itineraries including a CruiseAgents seven-night cruise tour package “The Treasures of the Far East”, which includes a five day cruise from Shanghai to Fukuoka, Nagasaki and Cheju in Korea, with six departures in September this year. Priced from $2399 per person twin share, it includes return economy airfares with Singapore Airlines from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, four nights cruise accommodation with all meals, three nights’ accommodation at the Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai and airport transfers. He added that for 2012 the larger vessel, Costa Victoria, will be deployed for all itineraries in Japan, including new destinations such as Hososhima/Miyazaki, Wakayama, which boasts the largest hot spring resort in Japan’s second biggest city, Osaka, and the popular sightseeing cities in the Kanto Area Yokohama and Tokyo, the capital city.
