Innovative Marketing Approach From TravelManagers

TravelManagers will shortly release a new marketing initiative that deliberately taps into social media. Chief Executive Joe Araullo says they’ve produced a promotional video that is hosted on YouTube which informs viewers about TravelManagers business model and the services and support it provides to each of its 300 plus personal travel managers across Australia.

“We recognize the importance of the internet as a medium to communicate with potential recruits. It’s a highly efficient and cost effective option for us while allowing people wanting to know more information the opportunity to view the video when and where they want to, plus send the link on to other people they know might be interested.”

Mr. Araullo says they believe YouTube’s popularity will provide untapped opportunities.

“YouTube connects search terms with other related video clips people might be interested in so in addition to people searching for TravelManagers it allows us to capture people searching for travel related videos.”

Mr. Araullo says staff from within the organization star in the video.

“We have drawn on the experience of two staff from our national partnership office and two of our senior personal travel managers. We didn’t want actors involved; we wanted it to be very authentic which is very much the TravelManagers’ way.”

The video is already hosted on YouTube with a marketing campaign to raise people’s attention to it beginning 12 September.
