Once upon a time….

On the 4^th of September 1961 a very young man began his career in the travel industry with Thomas Cook Ltd in the UK.  He was writing rail tickets by hand.

Who was to know that our industry would eventually lead Bill Lee not only to the love of his life, but also to Australia and a 50 year career with airlines and in retail travel management.  He is a real life travel personality, airfares guru and all ‘round gentleman!

Yesterday Bill celebrated his milestone event in fine style with the crew at the MobileTravelAgents Head Office, and in spirit with MTA’s Mobile Travel Agents right around Australia.
