The Korea Travel Agents Seminar & Korean BBQ Dinner was held in Brisbane on Tuesday, 13 September. It was a very successful night for all involved – 160 guests attended and enjoyed learning more about Korean tourism in general as well as the new ski tour products offered by Skimax.

The guests were welcomed by Mr. Joon-kil Jo, Director of Korea Tourism Org. Sydney office and the Director of Korean Air Brisbane office Mr. Jang-hoon Lee.  The National Marketing Manager for Korean Air, Cameron Brown presented on behalf of Korean Air and travel agent guests enjoyed meeting with tour wholesalers involved in the mini travel mart prior to dinner – they included  Rail Plus Australia, Mandarin World Travel, Kumuka Worldwide, Skimax, Wendy Wu Tours, HT Travel Centre, JTB Australia, Adventure World, Cherry Blossom Tours and Hana Tours.

All guests enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy Korean cuisine and cook their own Korean BBQ at the newly renovated and opened Hanwoori Restaurant in Mary Street, Brisbane.

The Hanwoori Restaurant is the largest and newest Korean Restaurant in Brisbane offering excellent Korean cuisine in a very new and modern restaurant space.
