With the TravelManagers team consisting of more than 310 personal travel managers you’d expect to hear stories of the stork dropping a bundle off to some location across Australia from time to time but with the latest statistics at more than a dozen since December 2010, what’s going on?

TravelManagers is beginning to wonder what’s living in their intranet as 16 babies have been delivered to happy parents! TravelManagers’ executive general manager, Mandy Scotney says while the boom is countywide New South Wales is starting to dominate the proceedings.

“Eight of the babies are now part of families in the New South Wales area with Victoria and Queensland the next most popular stops for the stork! It’s certainly had us wondering what’s going on.”

Lauren Compton representative for Kirwan in Townsville says being a personal travel manager is the perfect way to have a family and maintain a career.

“Working from home means I can base the needs of my clients around my baby’s routine. Ms Scotney jokes that with the influx of all the babies the average age of the TravelManagers’ family has dropped decades in the past six months.
