Ever wanted to take all your friends to Machu Picchu? Peregrine has launched a new Facebook App that enables you to download an image of Machu Picchu – or a favourite destination – and import all your Facebook Friends’ profile pictures to become part of the picture.

The result is an intricate and striking mosaic made up of all your friends’ faces. Save it, share it, or post it to your Facebook wall and get your friends to find and tag themselves. To create the mosaic, choose a base photo from a selection of Peregrine’s images from around the world, including cheetahs in Africa, Santorini vistas, Arctic icebergs and more. The App does the rest.

The App is a world first for the travel industry and is a glimpse of future possibilities.

 “Our audience is inspired and motivated by great travel photography and images. They love to upload, share, and comment and like images from other travellers. We see this as a unique and fun way to engage our community,” said Leigh Barnes, Peregrine Social Media Manager.
