As a Team Leader, you role will be dedicated to ensuring that our corporate clients enjoy a stress free and relaxing holiday away from the pressures of their offices. You will also be responsible for:

· Coaching and developing team members
· Motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
· Providing vision and focus for your team
· Managing all aspects of the store's business environment including
· Maintaining customer service quality and standards for the team
· Implementing and adherring to daily, weekly and monthly systems
· Shop and team presentation
· Driving financial results and KPI's
