Rail Tickets is excited to announce the cutover today of an all new website, which features a number of time saving enhancements designed to significantly improve agents online experience. The new features include:
Rail Tickets General Manager, Rohan Moss said “The new enhancements had been requested by our agents and we are very pleased to deliver a vastly improved website and booking engine with the added benefit of our customers now earning Trip Points, the most popular consultant reward program in the market. In addition all Rail Tickets bookings count towards the Global Achievers program, which has now been in place for a number of months. Further enhancements will be released early in the New Year to continue to enhance our on-line offering to our agents.” The re-launch will be supported by a major sales blitz by the JTG Wholesale Sales Team with breakfast training seminars being held across the country over the next 6 weeks with prizes and giveaways for agents undertaking the training. Retrieve and Amend Booking Online with Rail Tickets With the launch of the new railtickets.com.au, agents can now retrieve online bookings (new bookings only). It is now easy for agents to amend bookings; all that is needed is the consultant email address and booking number, both of which are detailed on the instant email confirmation. Provided the booking has not been finalised, agents have the freedom and flexibility to amend bookings as often as their customer’s needs dictate. Rail Tickets adds Live Chat If an agent needs help at any time, simply clicking on our Live Chat button provides access to one of our dedicated Rail Specialists who are on hand to assist. Live Chat will go live next Tuesday the 22nd of November 2011. Live Chat will be available from 9am to 7pm daily Monday-Friday and from 9am to 12noon on Saturday.
