The Seasons Botanic Gardens (www.sahg.com.au) is conveniently located on St Kilda Road, Melbourne. With public transport at its doorstep and undercover parking for guests’ cars (additional cost), the hotel offers four versatile meeting rooms, supported by a highly experienced and dedicated conference team. These rooms are ideal for seminars and meetings, large or small. All the meeting rooms are in keeping with the dynamic architectural style of the hotel and are completely integrated with the different spaces within - spacious lobby, well appointed accommodation rooms, Citro Restaurant and Bar.

From medium conferences to small boardroom meetings, Seasons Botanic Gardens’ meeting rooms can accommodate up to 130 people in a theatre setting and are adaptable to suit any type of meeting, seminar or product launch.

Located on the ground floor, are the Botanic and Garden meeting rooms which can also be configured into a larger room to host a variety of social gatherings, including banquets, weddings and cocktail parties. Next to the Botanic and Garden meeting rooms is a boardroom which can comfortably sit up to 14 delegates. Complimenting the three rooms is the pre-function foyer which is a perfect place for coffee breaks and pre-registrations.

Tucked away on the first floor, is Plaza 101, a private and self contained meeting suite ideal for meetings or a private event. The suite offers some natural light, a permanent boardroom set up for up to 14 delegates, 3 breakout areas, pantry kitchen, toilet facilities and access to an outdoor area.

The Seasons Botanic Gardens Hotel offers a selection of meeting packages that include residential, day or half-day delegate packages. All meeting rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning and telephone lines (except Plaza 101) and inbuilt screens in two of the rooms.
