Check-in and luggage allowance:
Having a VIP escort through Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport with boarding cards in hand already from Sydney, our baggage was transferred onto the flight directly.

In Flight:
The aircraft is configured in 3-4-3 seating, and offers good legroom and pitch in Economy, especially only for the one hour flight.

Customer service:
Due to the fact we were some of the last passengers on board, with the aircraft waiting for us because our flight was delayed ex Sydney, we were immediately assisted with our bags and kindly escorted to our seats.

Meal and snack service:
As soon as we are airborne, we are courteously offered a pineapple pastry and pre-poured drinks, removing a lot of the hassle for trolley service.
  
On-time performance:
The flight arrived Phuket less than one hour later than scheduled, with baggage available immediately upon arrival.
