Casual Luxury In Paris
It's a good thing few people have ever heard of Hôtel de la Trémoille. This luxe hotel is already sold out almost all year 'round, catering to the many repeat guests who appreciate this delightful property's charming rooms, gracious staff, and excellent location on a street parallel to the famed Avenue Montaigne, Fashion Central of the French capital.
A member of JJW Hotels & Resorts, which owns the legendary Grand Hotel in Vienna (as well as its contemporary counterpart, The Ring, just across the street from which it derives its name), this Parisian property comes to the family fold with a flawless pedigree as a five-star gem where relaxed luxury is the name of the game. A warm welcome awaits incoming guests at the Reception desk, and macaroons from Ladurée further sweeten the arrival once ensconced in one of the 93 convivial rooms and suites.

Rooms are playfully yet elegantly decorated, and are larger than average for the city of Paris where hotel rooms are notoriously small. Most rooms have balconies; the corner room on the 5th Floor enjoys a large, wraparound balcony with two sets of French doors to let the fresh air in. Even the corner room's dressing area has a door to the balcony—a nice touch. Another nice touch are the private cupboards for each room, permitting breakfast, drycleaning, shined shoes, and other items to be left in a space accessible by guests from inside the room and by staff outside to be delivered without encroaching on guests' personal space. Furthermore, the double doors with a small vestibule in between insulate rooms from any ambient noise in the corridor.
