New Web Presence Creates Best-Of-Breed Luxury User PresenceLuxury hospitality group Regent Hotels & Resorts today unveils a new global digital platform, encompassing online booking, media library, and e-marketing technology. The website is a product of the partnership between Regent and London-based digital brand agency Nucleus. Following Regent’s acquisition by Formosa International Hotels Corporation (FIHC), Taiwan’s largest hospitality company, the brand is positioned to transform its digital presence. “Regent is an iconic brand that has always been a trendsetter in luxury hotel and resort concepts. The launch of this new website is our most recent innovation, capturing timeless Regent design alongside state-of-the-art, user-friendly technology,” said Barbara Maunsell, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Regent Hotels & Resorts. Regent is known for its bespoke craftsmanship, attention to detail, and unique sense of place. Imagery throughout the site has been chosen to represent these Regent characteristics and communicate the Regent Experience to each visitor. Nucleus, one of the world’s leading digital, brand and intellectual property consultancies, worked closely with Regent on the website project, ensuring that the platform would be able to support the luxury hotel brand’s ambitious growth strategy. The design concept will scale with the company’s ambitious plans for the future and also cater to users’ growing preference for browsing and booking on tablet and smartphone devices.” Six Regent hotels currently in operation are located in Beijing, Berlin, Zagreb, Turks & Caicos, Taipei and Singapore.
