Travelforce adopts Egencia Brand

Egencia extends its brand to Australia and New Zealand

Travelforce, today, will officially be known as Egencia®, an Expedia Inc., Company.

In April 2011, Travelforce was acquired by Egencia, the corporate arm of Expedia, and since then the two entities have united to create one strong, growing power in the Australian and New Zealand corporate travel market.

The adoption of the Egencia identity is the latest step in the Travelforce brand evolution.

All of Travelforce’s corporate travel and MICE (meeting, incentive, conference, event) operations will now be recognised under the Egencia brand.

Travelforce Private, the company’s leisure offering, will be known as Travelforce Private, an Egencia Company.

While the brand evolution signifies change, the company’s high level of customer service will be maintained as will the focus on technological innovation and long term strategic partnerships.

Egencia worldwide is focused on several key initiatives over the next several years including geographic expansion, continued innovation and increasing operational excellence culminating in quality travel management services that enable customers to meet and exceed their travel program goals.
