Operators and tourism offices gathered at the Harbour View Hotel in North Sydney last night to hear the latest and grandest news from the Council of Australian Tour Operators (CATO).

As well as revealing plans to invite tourist offices as full members the Group revealed plans to remake its website over the coming months to improve members’ access to information.

Last month, the Group also unveiled the new Smarttraveller’s website which was designed to “increase dialogue between ourselves and the government”.
