KJ Dim Sum & Seafood Chinese Restaurant at Rio will provide guests the KJ Kitchen signature fresh selection of seafood prepared by a team of chefs trained in the tradition of authentic Chinese cuisine. Scheduled to open in December 2011, the new eatery will debut the first KJ Restaurant dim sum menu, available during lunch, which will bring a special element of the Chinese culture to casino guests and loyal KJ Kitchen diners interested in a new menu and setting. Flamingo Las Vegas And finally, Caesars has also confirmed plans to refurbish 2,307 hotel rooms in the exotic Flamingo Las Vegas.
