Check In Experience

Check in was busy with several terminals out of order at Melbourne Airport and my seat was changed due to the rebalancing of the aircraft.

I've never been paged at an airport before so my heart skipped a beat when I heard my name called over the PA!

On Time Service

The flight departed approximately twenty minutes late due to only one runway operating and arrived into Sydney approximately fifteen minutes late.

Cabin/Seat Condition

The seats were in good condition, however the television screens, whilst working when boarding, did not resume throughout the entire flight unfortunately.

Food & Beverage

I chose not to purchase any food and beverages on this flight.

Entertainment

I was looking forward to some escape time during my flight after enjoying the Foxtel on offer when flying down to Melbourne but, even thought the attendants distributed headphones pre-take off, the television screens did not work for the duration of the flight.

Service

The cabin crew did Virgin Australia proud as always.
