Serendipity 3 at Caesars Palace will host its third annual New Year’s Eve bash. The Strip-side hotspot invites guests to indulge in unrivalled Strip views while noshing on an over-the-top buffet prepared by Chef Michael Wolf, including samplings of the eatery’s famed desserts. The buffet will be complemented by a cash bar and live entertainment from DJ Adventure. Guests will celebrate 2012 with a complimentary champagne toast and cake as fireworks dazzle overhead at midnight. Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace invites guests to treat themselves to one of its special New Year’s menus, the nine course Black Truffle Prestige menu, available on Saturday, Dec. 31 and Sunday, Jan. 1. There will also be a seven course Menu Elegance available, along with an à la carte menu. Sommelier Phil Park will be ready with champagne to pair with each menu.

The 115-year-old family-run restaurant will offer a five-course menu for New Year’s Eve. The menu features a selection of authentic Italian dishes and favourites.

The Range Steakhouse will offer the perfect meal to end 2011.
