Australia’s largest owner and operator of caravan and accommodation parks, Discovery Holiday Parks, will launch its discount membership card after Christmas, in time for the summer holidays, allowing families to enjoy a getaway without breaking the bank.

Offering ten per cent savings on all site and cabin bookings, the membership card can be used at any of Discovery Holiday Parks’ 34 scenic locations around Australia, to the value of $50 per stay.

“Summer getaways are an Australian tradition.  It’s a great opportunity to pack up the family or make an escape with a partner or friends for some beachside fun or riverside R&R. With a number of our parks pet-friendly, even the family dog can join in the fun,” says Discovery Holiday Parks Chief Executive Officer, Grant Wilckens.

Now the membership card is making it even easier to enjoy your holiday experience at all DHP locations throughout the year.”

The two-year membership card is $20 and can be purchased on site or over the phone when making a new booking from 26 December 2011. In addition to the 10% discount, members receive access to exclusive offers and specials throughout the year.
