While congestion at Changi International Airport kept us from departing on-time, pilots managed to recover the lost ten to fifteen minutes with an on-time arrival into Sydney Airport. Details Check in My only concern is there was a last minute Gate change but staff failed to make an announcement to the airport. My colleagues and I only realised the change after checking the board. Luggage Allowance Cabin conditions My seat was a little disappointing, I now know for the future to pre-check-in online so I can choose a seat that allows me to not only see out the window but see more than just the wing. Touch down takes way too long without views of the ground. Customer service Considerate, polite, patient and so well presented. Entertainment I apologise I don’t have much to share in regards to the dinner experience as I slept throughout the flight. However as I was departing the aircraft I did see the remainders of what looked like a chocolate ice-cream. |
