Following suspension of Air Austral flight service to SYD / NOU – BKK April 2012

Last flight NOUSYDRUN UU772 will operate 20MAR12

1. For reservations already ticketed:

A – When travel begins after flight service suspension:

    1 - Ticket refund
    2 - Passengers wishing to advance their travel during the left over period of operation: Passengers may change travel dates without fee but will be subject to season rule. If the new reservation involves a change of season, the higher-season fare will be applied but with same booking class. If the same booking class is not available on the new dates: contact Air Austral on 1300 306 365 to assist in clearing waitlisted seats.

B – When passengers are holding ticketed bookings for travel commencing before flight service suspension but the return date is scheduled after:
    1 - Passengers wishing to cancel the whole reservation: ticket refund
    2 - Passengers wishing to maintain outbound sector: refund of return coupon value

C - When travel has already commenced and the inbound sector is affected:
    1 – Passengers may change without fee for return before the flight service is suspended
    2 - Refund of return coupon value

2. For reservations not ticketed:
NIL action required


3. For reservations with many passengers but partly ticketed:
Same rules and regulations aforementioned


Refund Rules:
Auto refund to be processed by issuing agent via GDS and refund penalty will be waived.
