Dan Kotzmann

The Captain’s Choice Tour today announced a change in the company’s senior roles.   General Manager, Dan Kotzmann, will step into the role of Managing Director effective 01 January 2012.  Phil Asker, the current MD and founder of the Melbourne based luxury tour operator, takes on the title of Founder and Director. 

In announcing the change Asker states “I intend to remain active in the business by focusing my attention on my passion for developing new and unique tours to some of the world’s most fascinating destinations’. 

Kotzmann, who has been with the company for 10 years, avows to “take The Captain’s Choice Tour to the next level in providing unique, luxury travel experiences for discerning clients.”  

The Captain’s Choice Tours provides luxury tours to remote and exotic destinations for discerning travellers in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. In 2012, The Captain’s Choice Tour will mark its 19th year of operating tours since the company’s inception in 1994 and will continue to provide a wide collection of luxurious all inclusive tours including: Private Jet Tours, Australia by Private Plane, Ultra Luxurious Cruising with Silversea, Orient Express & Queen Mary 2, Europe and Luxury Overland tours. In addition, the company remains unique in its offer of sightseeing flights over Antarctica using chartered Qantas 747 and A380 aircraft.
