Ms. Dian Ayu Anggraini Group e-Commerce Assistant

Swiss-Belhotel International has appointed Ms. Dian Ayu Anggraini as Group E-commerce Assistant to be based at the Indonesia Regional Office in Jakarta.

Prior to taking up her new Group position, Ms. Anggraini had worked for Hotel Ciputra Jakarta for more than three and a half years and had been E-commerce Executive for the hotel since January 2010. She was awarded 1st Winner of Jakarta International Hotel Association Employee of the Year 2011. Before joining Hotel Ciputra Jakarta, Ms. Anggraini worked in Customer Services for one of Indonesia's biggest telecoms.

Majoring in International Relations, Ms. Anggraini is a graduate of Universitas Nasional Jakarta. While studying at university, she participated in the implementation of a number of projects conducted by the university in cooperation with the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. These included Short Diplomatic Training Programmes conducted for the 50th Anniversary of the Asia-Africa Conference, the Conference of South East Asian International Relations, an ASEAN Security Community Seminar and a Human Rights Seminar.

The task of this team is to support and develop Swiss-Belhotel International's increasingly strong presence in the e-Commerce world of Internet distribution and promotion systems.
