Topdeck earlybird campaign a winner

Topdeck has won a Silver medal at the British Youth Travel Awards for its ‘The Best Experience’ earlybird marketing campaign.

The Australia and New Zealand campaign highlights the experiences travellers can have on a Topdeck trip such as finding the best pizza, the best mates and taking the best photograph. It launched on September 1 supported by TV, online, radio, social media, PR, the sales team and trade partners.

“We are thrilled to receive this award which is testament to the collaborative team work within Topdeck,” Topdeck sales manager Asia Pacific Ben Ittensohn said.

“The earlybird season for Europe is an extremely competitive market and the campaign was designed to keep Topdeck front of mind for consumers considering travel. It’s already proven effective in increasing market share and positioning Topdeck as ‘The Best Experience’.”

Topdeck recorded a 30% growth in Europe bookings out of Australia and New Zealand over the earlybird season.

“The results show Topdeck is a leader in dynamic marketing campaigns that truly resonate with our target audience,” Mr Ittensohn said.

The campaign continues until March.
