Norwegian Cruise Line may be putting their ‘Partners First’ but they haven’t forgotten their passengers with the announcement last month of their revamped loyalty program.

With new benefits comes a new name. ‘Latitudes Rewards’ will now offer points four different ways making it easier than ever for passengers to reap the rewards.

“The satisfaction and loyalty of our guests is very important to us,” Norwegian Cruise Line president and CEO Kevin Sheehan said.

“Our new Latitudes Rewards program demonstrates our commitment to delivering the highest levels of guest satisfaction while rewarding our loyal guests with enhanced benefits.”

Members will now earn one point per night sailed with additional points earned when booking a suite or any level of accommodation in ‘The Haven by Norwegian’.

Earlybirds will be rewarded with additional points also available when booking nine months or more in advance or if taking advantage of the ‘Latitudes Rewards Insider’ offers.

Members will be broken up into four tiers; Bronze members with one to 19 points, Silver members with 20 to 47 points, Gold members with 48-75 points and Platinum members with above 76 points.

New onboard perks are based on members’ tier level and include chocolate covered strawberries, ship pins and discounts on photo gallery packages.
