AYANA Resort and Spa Bali is starting 2012 with 50 First Dates, a new promotion for February created as a gesture of thanks to guests for the latest award: being ranked among the world's best hotels in the 2012 Conde Nast Traveler Gold List.

50 First Dates will grant the first 50 guests who book a Villa for February a complimentary Romantic Dinner at Dava restaurant. Chef de Cuisine Jusman So will present a three-course French menu inspired by the month of romance, in the chic, intimate setting of Dava surrounded by the soft glow of tiki torches and candles.  This memorable dining experience is available for guests to use at any time throughout their stay. There are no minimum stay conditions; this offer applies to the first 50 new Villa bookings made direct to the hotel

The inspiration for the promotion was to thank guests for their continued support following the resort's latest award. With an overall score of 95.7 – and a perfect score of 100 in the categories of Rooms and Design – AYANA was ranked 1st from just three hotels in Indonesia on the coveted Gold List, which in its 18th year is one of the most prestigious compendiums of the best hotels, resorts and cruise lines on the planet. The list is based on the results of the magazine's annual independent Readers' Survey. Asked what sets one hotel apart from the rest, Conde Nast Traveler Gold List editor Peter Browne replied: "The people who work there".

The award marks a positive start to 2012 for AYANA, and comes shortly after the resort was voted Asia's Best Resort in the 2011 Conde Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards.
