Fire Along Dunreath Drive At Perth Airport

UPDATE: Passengers and meeters and greeters are advised that access to Perth Airport is currently being impacted by the fire along Dunreath Drive and Tonkin Highway. Access to the terminals is via the following roads only:

For the Domestic Terminals – Brearley Avenue or Fauntleroy Avenue

For the International Terminal – Grogan Road (off Abernethy Road) or Horrie Miller Drive (for vehicles coming from Roe Highway).

Some minor delays to flights are being experienced and we are encouraging passengers to check with their airline for the most up-to-date information on flight arrivals and departures.

The public viewing area on Dunreath Drive is closed until further notice.

The Fire and Emergency Services Authority (FESA) and Airport Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) are currently attending a fire burning along Dunreath Drive in proximity to Perth Airport.

Dunreath Drive is currently closed, as is the section of Tonkin Highway between Great Eastern

Highway and Kewdale Road/Horrie Miller Drive (both directions).

Passengers may experience delays getting to and from the airport due to road closures therefore we recommend that they allow extra time for their journey.
