The Christmas sales started early for Crystal Cruises’ passengers, with the line’s lowest rates ever courtesy of ‘Book Now’ fares.

Travel agents took advantage of the savings it seems, with more than double the revenue of any previous year recorded in the last week of December.

Current ‘Book Now’ fares for 2012 and early 2013 are valid until 28 February 2012 with additional savings to be made including 2-for-1 pricing.

“We thank the thousands of consumers and travel agents who have responded to the tremendous value and variety of our 2012 cruise collection,” Crystal Cruises president Gregg Michel said in a report by Cruise Industry News.

“Since we launched the ‘Book Now’ fare program a few months ago, savvy travelers believed us when we reiterated that those who book early enjoy the best pricing. The fares and bonus savings for 2012 are some of the most attractive ever – yet rates are not guaranteed.”
