New Greece tours from Tempo

CLIENTS can combine the highlights of mainland Greece with the famous Cyclades islands or follow in the footsteps of the Anzacs in Crete with two new tours from Tempo Holidays.

Tempo has added several exclusive itineraries to its 2012 Greece and Turkey brochure including the 11-day Athens, Classical Greece & Cyclades from $2175* per person twin.

A combination of an escorted and independent tour, the itinerary includes Athens, a 3-day coach tour of Olympia, Delphi and Arachova, a 6-day independent visit of Mykonos and Santorini,  10 nights’ accommodation with daily breakfast, two dinners, shared airport and port transfers, ferry tickets, guide, coach transport (days 3-5) and sightseeing as per itinerary.

The new 6-day In the Steps of the Anzac self-drive package explores some of the key sites in the Battle of Crete in 1941 including Galatas - famous for the five-day defence by New Zealand troops, Rethymnon, home to the Hellenic-Australian memorial and Sfakia, the evacuation point for thousands of ANZACs.

From $774* per person twin share, the tour includes 4 nights’ accommodation with daily breakfast, overnight ferry to Chania, shared transfers, 4 days car rental, a historical information booklet and a complimentary photo book with each booking.
