Thousands of people lined the shore near the Meyer Werft shipyard this week as Disney Cruise Lines’ newest ship, Disney Fantasy, floated out for the first time.

With less than 90 days before her maiden voyage on 31 March 2012, Captain Mickey Mouse was on hand to conduct the ‘Float Out’ along with the traditional Disney fireworks spectacular.
