Television travel show host, the laid-back Geoff “Coxy” Cox is hosting an APT 14-day river cruise on the Rhine, Rhone and Moselle rivers between Amsterdam and Arles in August this year. APT today released a product flyer which carries a fly free deal plus savings of up to $1000 a couple for bookings made before March 31. The price of the cruise is from $7495 per person twin share which includes cruising, 40 meals, wine and beer with lunch and dinners, excursions and entertainment, tipping and airport transfers. APT’s General Manager Marketing, Debra Fox said that the likeable host of Channel Seven’s Coxy’s Big Break travel show was always looking for the next travel experience to “road test” and he is a fun-loving character, a naturally friendly person and a great storyteller who would be a big hit with APT customers. The Rhine-Rhone-Moselle cruise is a new 2012 European river cruise product for APT, serviced by Aria ships MS AmaCello (between Amsterdam and Basel) and MS AmaDagio (between Lyon and Arles). The sectors are linked by a coach tour through picturesque Switzerland. The cruise departs from Amsterdam on August 2. A 21-day version has pre-cruise Paris and post-cruise Monte Carlo extensions and is priced from $11,795. Coxy is not hosting these extensions.
