About the Opportunity

Flight Centre Limited's diverse Web and Technology team is industry renowned and continuing to grow at a rapid rate. To help support their growth, Flight Centre Global Web & eCommerce is looking for a talented and experienced Online Marketing Manager to join their Brisbane team, located in Flight Centre's head office on Queen St.

In this exciting role, you will plan, develop and implement a full range of online marketing initiatives and grow the online transactions and lead generation for all Flight Centre Limited leisure brands online.

This will involve leading and managing the online marketing team, ensuring that their online channel reflects and delivers their annual marketing strategy, developing and executing specific marketing initiatives that will drive traffic and conversion, and ensuring the creative and functional treatment of the web site reflects the marketing/merchandising frameworks, promotional calendar and multi-channel business initiatives. There is minimal travel involved with this role.
