On the menu for the evening will be Bimbadgen’s  favourite romance inspired dishes. Guests can indulge in options such as prawn and avocado timbale, with macadamia and Bimbadgen Chardonnay dressing, confit berkshire pork belly with plum jelly, prune and orange jam, seared fillet of snapper, and a delectable favourite of salad of crab with beanshoots and mint, with a lime and chilli dressing.

For something sweet at the end of your perfect evening, you can experience their signature white chocolate and blueberry tart and rosemary ice-cream, or try the chocolate “Dip” and strawberries, with a pot of melted chocolate and vanilla bean ice-cream.
