Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach & Spa Resort, part of the rapidly expanding international hotel group - Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominik Stamm as General Manager of Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach & Spa Resort.

In his new role, Dominik is responsible for managing the 244-rooms five star Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach & Spa Resort, located on a stunning 13-kilometres Pakweeb beach in Phang Nga bay, Southern Thailand.
 
Dominik’s career in the hospitality industry extends over 16 years with over nine years in leadership positions in a number of well established hotels in Thailand, Vietnam, United Kingdom and Switzerland. This includes his most recent position, General Manager at the Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui, Thailand. Prior to that Dominik was the General Manager at the Mövenpick Hotel Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

In addition to his career experience, Dominik holds a Bachelor of Art degree in International Hospitality & Tourism Management from Bournemouth University, United Kingdom and was also teaching future hotel management students as an Academic Lecturer & Program Leader at the SHMS (Swiss Hotel Management School) in Leysin, Switzerland.

Dominik will focus on imparting his knowledge and skills to the local workforce within emphasis on raising the hotel services to the next level and maintain Starwood’s uncompromising philosophy of providing first class service standards to guests.
