  Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has today launched a competition giving those who follow the @TravelCTM twitter profile (www.twitter.com/TravelCTM) during the month of February 2012 the chance to win an iPod Touch.

Apart from great prizes, @TravelCTM also offers followers the latest in travel news, travel alerts, insightful travel information and the scoop on the latest business travel products.

CTM General Manager of Marketing and Communications Tom Clark said @TravelCTM was an important part of the company’s communications toolkit.

“During the Qantas grounding, we were the first corporate travel management company in the country to tweet about what was happening - this gave our followers an important ‘first-mover’ advantage,” said Clark.

“We recognise that increasingly our clients want to receive their news on the go, so we have been embracing this platform for the delivery of not only interesting travel news, but also bulletins on potential disruptions, the announcement of new products and services and also behind the scenes information from this exciting industry of ours.

“With two prizes up for grabs and a limited time to enter, participants have a great chance of winning, while being offered a quality communications service in the world of corporate travel.”

Those wanting to enter the competition can do so simply by ‘following’ @TravelCTM at www.twitter.com/TravelCTM by 11.59pm (Queensland time) on Wednesday 29 February 2012. The draw is open to Australian (excluding ACT) and New Zealand residents, and will be drawn on Friday 2 March 2012. Winners will be contacted via Twitter direct message to confirm their eligibility, after which point the winners’ details will be published at www.travelctm.com on Monday 7 March 2012.
