Travel Agents are invited to join the Gecko’s team as well as the general public for a movie fundraiser night.  It’s going to be Indian theme, Thursday the 14th of June, upstairs at Thousand Pound Bend. It’s to raise money for a new project we’ve taken on in Rajasthan. We’re showing the gorgeous ‘Road, Movie’, which follows one man’s journey across India. All money raised will go towards purchasing three sewing machines for widows in Sawarda (Rajasthan) and putting them through a one-month tailoring course. There will also be a silent auction of some beautiful images from the area that I took.

Tickets for the Indian-themed event are $25 which includes a drink and pizza. We all love movies...and beer...and a good cause.
