Viking River Cruises, the world’s leading river cruise line, has today launched a comprehensive online training portal for travel agents. The online training portal is yet another component of Viking’s continual investment in servicing the Australian and New Zealand travel markets.

The comprehensive online training portal www.vikingrivercruisesexpert.com is designed to up skill travel agents in the key areas of the Viking product including Selling Viking and Superior Service.  Consisting of only five modules, travel agents can gain Viking Expert status in just 45 minutes. Furthermore, it does not have to be undertaken in one sitting.

Beyond a training tool, travel agents who sign-up to the portal will have permanent access to the latest e-brochures, current marketing material, current special offers, Viking news and much more. Updated regularly, the portal makes it simple to maintain your Viking Expert status.
